Pre Construction

We make the pre-construction process as smooth and transparent as possible. We’ll work closely with you to refine every detail—from selecting materials that match your vision and style to building a comprehensive specifications and selections write-up. Together, we’ll fine-tune your choices to ensure the design aligns with your budget. We will work with our experienced craftsmen and vendors to build detailed, accurate quotes that will serve to back up our proposal and give you peace of mind throughout the planning stage. With our dedication to detail and clear communication, we’ll ensure every step is thoughtfully planned, setting the foundation for a successful build.
Construction

Our team believes in keeping you involved and informed throughout the construction of your custom home. Our team will make daily site visits and provide updates to ensure everything is on track, while our client portal, powered by an extensive project management software, gives you real-time access to progress, details, budget and selections. We’ll also schedule regular site meetings at key milestones to review the work, confirm choices, and make sure every detail is just right. From paint colors to countertops and everything in between, we’ll guide you through each selection, helping you make confident choices that fit your style and vision. With our proactive communication and hands-on approach, you can trust that your dream home is in good hands at every stage of the build.
